HISTORICAL EXTERIOR RESTORATION:
The project encompassed targeted façade restoration, including spot re-pointing to address localized masonry deterioration. The deteriorated sheet metal cornice at the 6th floor was replaced with a custom-fabricated fiberglass replica to match the original profile and detailing. Additional exterior enhancements included selective sidewalk replacement for safety and continuity, installation of a new entry door, and new aluminum cladding at bulkheads and parapets to improve weather resistance and aesthetic integration.
