HISTORICAL EXTERIOR RESTORATIVE WORK: Routine repairs and replacement of the cracked and spalled stucco finish at the building base revealed remnants of the original rusticated brownstone façade elements. MVN then worked closely with the Landmarks Preservation Committee to restore this distinct façade feature to its original condition. Selective face brick replacement, cornice repairs, as well as cast iron window lintels and sills replacement were completed as well.
