EXTERIOR RESTORATIVE WORK: 

Work on this 1923 Renaissance Revival styled brick and brownstone multifamily townhouse building on the Upper East Side entailed brownstone replacement,  window trim restoration, stone patching, brick pointing, brick replacement, and partial slate roof restoration. Although 54 East 83rd Street is not a designated NYC Landmark, first quality work on the facade was performed to maintain its aesthetic and historic character within the context of its historic surroundings.
