HISTORICAL EXTERIOR RESTORATION: included structural and decorative repairs to both the main roof and intermediate cornices, contextual repairs, and code compliant upgrades including replacement of original terra cotta balustrades with decorative iron guardrails. Restoration included repairs to decorative terra cotta ornament throughout.

HISTORICAL ENTRANCE RESTORATIVE WORK: the Porte Cochere which fronts Riverside Drive also underwent restoration to the valued ceiling, stone paving, and replacement of (non-original) revolving door with new contextual steel balanced entrance doors with ornamental metal matching the existing transom.
