EXTERIOR RESTORATIVE/REDESIGN/REPAIR WORK: including complete window replacement, full replacement of exterior masonry facade, and reconstruction of existing pre-cast concrete balconies. New lightweight concrete roof was installed to meet the new NYS energy code requirements, and all deteriorated penthouse greenhouses are replaced with new.
